What makes an establishment, product, or service certifiable?

Experience and Trajectory:

• Age: Establishments, products, or services must have been on the market for at least 3 years, demonstrating a long-term commitment to the well-being of their clients, consumers, and users.

• Presence and Recognition: A solid presence in the Mexican territory or a consolidated recognition in the wellness market is fundamental to guarantee the quality and trust of the products and services offered.

Facilities:

• Maintenance: Facilities must be maintained in optimal conditions, ensuring the safety and comfort of users.

• Security: Monitoring systems and security policies are evaluated to guarantee a safe and protected environment.

• Privacy: Compliance with privacy policies is verified to protect the personal information of clients.

• Customer Service: Protocols for handling complaints and suggestions are evaluated, as well as compliance with civil protection regulations.

• Accessibility: The availability and accessibility of parking spaces, waiting areas, and reception areas is a key factor for user comfort.
